Marion Max is a seasoned producer, stylist, and creative director with over a decade of experience across fashion, commercial, and branded content production.
With over 10 years of experience in styling and producing photo and video shoots, Marion brings a bold, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted approach to visual storytelling. Her work spans across fashion campaigns, product shoots, TV commercials, crowdfunding projects, company profiles, music videos, and editorial shoots.
Known for her positive and collaborative energy on set, Marion creates a fun and creative environment where ideas can thrive. She is fully present in the process, emphasizing strong team chemistry, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for storytelling.
Marion has worked with a diverse range of international clients including Expedia, Leica, Grazia, Cotton On Body, L’Oréal, DJI, IBM, Samsung, and more.
Over the years, Marion has cultivated lasting collaborations with renowned photographers such as Stephen Butkus, Geoff Ang, Zach Lukas Vrtilek, and Cyril Saulnier, as well as with leading production companies including Baliprod Films, Super Cool Studios, and Slide Studios. In addition, Marion has styled talented models including Rocky Barnes, Brooke Perry, Avril Rae, and Sofi Chi, showcasing her versatility and keen eye for fashion and aesthetics.
She consistently injects fresh energy and creativity into every project, whether she’s leading entire campaigns or contributing as a key team member. Her dedication to delivering impactful, visually compelling work has established her as a trusted voice in the industry.
EXPERIENCE

Managed and produced a wide range of visual projects including fashion campaigns, branded content, Kickstarter initiatives, hotel and interior shoots, corporate profiles, music videos, brand ambassador campaigns, and product photography.
Provided creative styling for TV commercials, fashion editorials, and brand activations.
Collaborated directly with photographers, studios, and production companies to oversee all production elements, including budgeting, location scouting, casting, styling, logistics, crew management, and post-production coordination.
Cultivated and maintained long-term relationships with a trusted team of professionals, many of whom I have worked with for over six years.

Co-founded Balishoot in response to increasing demand for small to medium-sized projects, leading an all-in-house team.
Gained extensive experience in managing fashion campaigns, music videos, and Kickstarter projects, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations.
Responsible for quoting, location scouting, talent acquisition, crew organization, logistics management, and accounting.
Adapted to the challenges of remote collaboration during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully coordinating projects with clients globally.

Hired to provide wardrobe styling for commercial shoots while concurrently acquiring production skills under the mentorship of the company owner.
Gained comprehensive knowledge of production processes, preparing for a future role as a producer within the organization.

Served as the in-house stylist for Balistarz, the leading modeling agency in Bali.
Organized and styled numerous test photo shoots in collaboration with photographers, models, and makeup artists, aimed at enhancing my portfolio.
Worked closely with clients to identify suitable locations and manage various aspects of photo shoots, ensuring a seamless production process.
